I’ve been taking my 98’ Toyota 4Runner to Bruno for 6 - 7 years. He and his staff have really been great to me over the years, and they do fantastic work. I’m positive they’ve extended some life to the vehicle that it otherwise would not have had if not for their due diligence and care. They are very honest and trustworthy and they’ve really helped me out a couple times when I’ve been in a bind ( I.e. squeezing me in for appointments or offering a loaner car.). This has been the main reason why I will continue to come back, because I know I can rely on them and I highly recommend anyone in need of a good mechanic to go to Bruno Automotive.

Brought an old Volvo in for an out of province and an overall health check, they were able to check everything and complete the out of province very reasonably. I would highly recommend this shop as they were honest and they didn't try and upsell or do anything that wasn't necessary. Overall I was thoroughly impressed and would recommend to family.

Bruno and his team were exceptional. I had a VW Westfalia from out of the country that needed to be certified for BC use, and was managing this during the C19 pandemic. Not only did Bruno help with picking up the van when we couldn’t make it over ourselves, he also dropped it off what out of his way in horseshoe bay when it was done. This was on top of excellent customer service and value for the few items that needed attention. Thank you Bruno for going above and beyond. We’ll be back for all our VW needs in future.
