I was very impressed by the customer service at Bruno's. They were very busy the day I brought my car for out of province inspection, but notheless they accompdated my schedule, did everything on time and had me on the road within a few hours. The owner has very polite, patient and welcoming. I felt that he really cares about the service and the quality of work. I will definitely bring my car to Bruno for service again! Thank you.

Bruno fixed my Subaru Legacy and got me back on the road quickly. I was able to use a loaner car and appreciated the convenience. Bruno does a good job of explaining the problem and going over the solutions. Bruno and his staff are friendly and you know you will get an honest assessment and great customer service. Whether it's an oil change or a larger repair, I am happy I found a great repair shop in North Vancouver I can trust. I have also taken my Honda CRV for maintenance and have been happy with the service.

Bruno was incredibly helpful when I was dealing with the scheisters at Wolfe Subaru on Boundary who were telling me that my head block needed to be replaced on a 6 year old Outback and wanting me to spend nearly $9000 fixing this car with only 100000KM. I talked to him almost daily to try to decipher what the dealership was trying to pull on me, and when I picked up my car at Wolfe Subaru only to break down 5KM down the highway on the "CUT" a dangerous place to break down, he sent me a tow truck quickly. His advice was so useful and it seemed to just drive him crazy that they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes, giving me vague answers like "the lower part of your engine is weak". WTH?? Maybe because I'm a woman the dealership thought this was appropriate, who knows. He pulled out a block and showed me what was going on the with the car and how it unlikely it was that I actually had a cracked block. After many weeks of back and forthing with the dealership to get them to fix the problem they had created with poor workmanship, I took it to Bruno to have him look it over. He's a great guy, and has since done some other work on the car that needed to be done.

Bruno's Automotive serviced my 2007 Golf last week and it is running like a Swiss watch. It had been running rough and I wondered if I would be able to keep it on the road. This is an up-to-date auto shop with old-fashioned integrity. Thank you to Bruno and his staff from an appreciative customer.

Bruno is absolutely the best repair shop. I just had a water pump fail after two years but only 50K in mileage. He went to bat for me and got a new pump from the dealer for no charge even though it was out of warranty. He went the extra mile, I'm confident he'll treat you the same way.
