I was very pleased right from the start with a return phone call. Polite and actually listened to my concerns about the vehicle. After getting my truck diagnosed at Bruno's which I gladly paid the reasonable charge, I found out my truck was not worth the amount it was going to need to be fixed. (Bruno's would have fixed it if I had decided to go ahead with the estimate). It was great to see the diagnosis and realize my truck was actually not road safe. Unbelievable that other shops would let you leave after supposedly doing their job correctly knowing that this was my family truck and I have my wife driving it with our son in a car seat. I appreciate the honesty right up front from Bruno Automotive Inc and they will have my business moving forward 100%.
